The Oasis at Lakeport is a $400 million family-friendly resort and entertainment destination currently being built at the Lake of the Ozarks. The amusement park is expected to open in Summer 2026, followed by the debut of the Marriott Resort, Conference Center, and indoor waterpark in early 2027. Once complete, the development will feature a 402-room Marriott hotel, a 30,000-square-foot conference center, multiple dining options, a year-round indoor waterpark, and an amusement park with various attractions—including a 200-foot observation wheel offering stunning views of the area.
